Online Ticket Purchased - Redemption Process
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 9, ONLINE PURCHASE AND REDEMPTION WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED VIA REPRESENTATIVE. ONLY THE CARD HOLDER WHO TRANSACTED CAN REDEEM THEIR TICKETS BOUGHT ONLINE. USER ACCOUNT NAME, VALID GOVERNMENT ID, CARD HOLDER NAME AND CARD NUMBER MUST BE IDENTICAL IN ORDER FOR US TO RELEASE YOUR TICKETS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED PATRONAGE.
Customer with REGISTERED ACCOUNT MUST PRESENT the following upon redemption of tickets
a. REGISTERED ACCOUNT MUST HAVE THE SAME NAME THAT APPEARS ON THE CREDIT CARD.
i. Online user account name must be the same with the credit card used and presented during redemption.
ii. Additional valid government ID must be presented.
iii. Physical credit card used must be presented.
iv. Name on the credit card must be the same as the online user account created in our website.
v. Credit card number must be the same as indicated in the claim ticket voucher.
